Job Title: Regional Manager – London
Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the Role
We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites within the London region. Reporting into senior management, you’ll act as the key link between site-based teams, clients, and the business, ensuring high standards of service delivery and contractual compliance.
This role combines operational leadership with strategic influence. You’ll manage budgets, support performance improvement, develop your management team, and build strong client partnerships that safeguard and grow contracts. From mobilising new sites to driving continuous improvement, you’ll ensure Atlas continues to deliver outstanding service every day.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and line managing Contract and Area Managers, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of cleaning services across the region.
- Conducting regular performance reviews, maintaining regular contact with direct reports, and supporting employee welfare and wellbeing.
- Supporting the recruitment, training, development, and retention of high-performing teams across all sites.
- Monitoring training compliance and staff development plans, addressing performance and conduct issues swiftly and professionally.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of escalation and resolving issues effectively.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and service delivery through regular client meetings, monthly call logs, complaints reports, audits, and KPIs.
- Setting up and attending quarterly client meetings to review performance and maintain strong partnerships.
- Overseeing service delivery to ensure contracts operate efficiently and in line with company standards, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
- Monitoring operational performance and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements where required.
- Managing regional budgets, expenditure, and resources effectively to support cost efficiency, contract compliance, and regional profitability.
- Overseeing the mobilisation of new contracts and identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth.
- Ensuring all activities comply with quality management, health & safety, ISO procedures, environmental policies, legal requirements, and duty of care.
- Liaising with central teams to access appropriate support and guidance.
- Upholding and promoting Atlas’ purpose, values, ethics, integrity, and commitment to corporate social responsibility.
