Experiences

Read some of the many success stories our colleagues have had whilst working for us.

“Ellie brings a fantastic 'can-do' attitude to everything she does. The answer is never a flat 'no' – it's more like, 'yes, let's find a solution.' That positive spirit is exactly what you need in a school environment. Even on tough days, she greets everyone with a warm smile. It's truly inspiring to see.”

“Nicholas has continued to support the cleaning manager, going above and beyond what is expected from him. He has shown his professionalism and his dedication to his job and his support to the whole cleaning department shows what a great asset he is.”

"I wanted to express huge praise for Ibrahim recently. I feel he's gone above and beyond to get this office cleaned and looking great. I noticed him paying attention to small details that really make a big difference. Our facilities management team really appreciates him!"

"I just wanted to highlight how helpful Ruby has been whenever I have been in the building. I have been making a mess as I have been clearing out cupboards and even today, after I had cleared out my messy desk draw, she offered to give them all a clean-through which I really appreciated."

“Rarely is a large secondary school just as spotless at 3pm as it is at 8am. It takes a very special person to make this happen. Someone who cares an awful lot about the work! If cleaning a school were an Olympic sport, she’d be laden with gold medals. Thank you so much Ineta! You’re one in a million.”
