Business Improvement Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for you to take a leading role as a Project Manager within the Business Improvement team at Atlas FM. Reporting directly to the Business Improvement Director, you will facilitate and support the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring seamless transitions, innovative systems development, and continuous improvement in service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Oversee and manage large-scale projects, including mobilisation, demobilisation, and the implementation of new systems and processes.   

- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve all contractual and operational deliverables.   

- Develop comprehensive project management plans using tools like SmartSheet, incorporating dashboards, trackers, and schedules.   

- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through status updates, steering committee meetings, and a well-defined communication plan.   

- Ensure alignment with project objectives and address scope creep through regular reviews and prompt action.   

- Support operations teams in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service delivery.   

- Oversee resource allocation to ensure project teams are equipped for success.   

- Conduct post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.   

- Maintain effective client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned projects when required.

Qualifications and Attributes: 

- Proven project management experience, ideally within the cleaning industry or facilities management.   

- Strong knowledge of SmartSheet software for creating project tools like dashboards and schedules.   

- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.   

- Confidence to make decisions, drive change, and think creatively to solve challenges.   

- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities and delivering under tight deadlines.
