  • Location: Newport/Hybrid
    Salary: £30,000 per annum
    This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role, offering the opportunity to lead our recruitment team and make a real impact as we continue to grow.

    As Recruitment Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Atlas continues to attract and onboard great people. You’ll lead and support our recruitment coordinators, overseeing the full hire-to-onboard journey to make sure every candidate experience reflects our values. From managing high-volume vacancies to ensuring full compliance across Right to Work and vetting checks, you’ll combine hands-on recruitment delivery with coaching and system expertise.

    You’ll act as a key link between recruitment, onboarding, and induction, used to working confidently with systems such as applicant tracking systems (we use Eploy), time and attendance platforms, HR and operational systems. You’ll use your system knowledge to drive efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and reduce duplication across teams, helping Atlas continue to grow as an employer of choice.
