Security Shift Manager

Hourly Rate: £18.79 

Location: One Leadenhall – City of London 

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 07:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 07:00

The Role – Duty Security Manager

What you’ll be doing: 

• Managing the day-to-day security operations at One Leadenhall. 

• Supervising a team including Logistics Manager, CCTV Supervisor, and Security Personnel. 

• Overseeing fire alarms, evacuations, and crisis management. 

• Conducting investigations, incident reporting, and operational audits. 

• Monitoring compliance with GDPR and other legal standards. 

• Leading training and development within the team. 

• Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to. 

• Acting as an ambassador for both our clients and Atlas Security.
