Security Night Operations Supervisor

We’re looking for a confident and decisive supervisor with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll bring excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a professional telephone manner and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Organisation and attention to detail are key, as you’ll be managing shift activity, monitoring site and vehicle tracking systems, and ensuring incidents are accurately recorded and escalated. You’ll be IT literate, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as staff management software.
