  • Job Title: Regional Manager – London

    Salary: £45,000–£47,500 per annum
    Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites within the London region. Reporting into senior management, you’ll act as the key link between site-based teams, clients, and the business, ensuring high standards of service delivery and contractual compliance.

    This role combines operational leadership with strategic influence. You’ll manage budgets, support performance improvement, develop your management team, and build strong client partnerships that safeguard and grow contracts. From mobilising new sites to driving continuous improvement, you’ll ensure Atlas continues to deliver outstanding service every day.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading a team of Area Managers and site-based staff, with responsibility for recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

    • Managing budgets and expenditure to ensure cost efficiency and contract compliance.

    • Overseeing service delivery through audits, KPIs, and regular client meetings.

    • Mobilising new contracts and identifying opportunities for growth or service improvement.

    • Ensuring health & safety, ISO procedures, and quality management are consistently met.

    • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, resolving issues and strengthening relationships.

    • Promoting Atlas’ values and embedding corporate responsibility across all activities.


  • About You

  • We’re seeking a confident, commercially aware leader with a proven track record in multi-site management. You’ll thrive in a high-pressure, service-led environment and be equally comfortable managing client expectations, motivating teams, and making financial decisions.

    You’ll need to demonstrate:

    • Experience managing multiple sites within facilities management, hospitality, or a similar service industry.

    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing Area Managers, supervisors, or team leaders.

    • Commercial awareness including budget control, KPIs, and contract compliance.

    • Strong client relationship management at a senior level.

    • Familiarity with audits, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma an advantage).

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

    • Knowledge of employment legislation, health & safety, and ISO procedures.
