🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Duties
- Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites 🛠️
- Focus on air conditioning systems while supporting other disciplines as needed ❄️
- Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues 💡
- Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting 📋
- Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete 📱
Service Delivery
- Deliver excellent service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction 🌟
- Keep clients informed with regular updates and feedback 📣
- Report progress to your Area Manager 📈
- Work closely with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors 🤝
- Support safe delivery of all works, including those by service partners 🦺

- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues 🤗
- Take pride in the quality of your work and service delivery 🧰
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as required 📞
