About the Role
As an Account Co-ordinator, you’ll be central to the smooth delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services. You’ll manage workflows, liaise with sub-contractors and internal teams, and ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sub-contractor activities, ensuring SLA compliance and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records using the Maximo CAFM system.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage maintenance schedules.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Support statutory compliance and escalate risks where necessary.
- Assist the Senior Account Co-ordinator and wider admin team as needed.
