We’re now seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service delivery.
This is a high-impact operational role that blends strategic contract oversight with hands-on support. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence across every touchpoint—from frontline operations to back-office systems.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you’ll lead exciting initiatives, support new mobilisations, and champion the happiness of our people and clients.
Location
· Based in London – Southwark
· Regular travel across client sites expected
Salary & Benefits
· £65,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
