Accounts Payable Clerk (FTC - 3 Months)

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all invoices have the correct approvals
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolve internal and external queries promptly
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Support the finance team with ad hoc duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Solid understanding of the Accounts Payable function
• Logical and methodical approach to tasks
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
