  • About The Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the Purchase ledger team objectives and participate in the continuous improvement of the team’s administration and processes. Reporting directly into the Group Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be part of managing a vast range of Atlas supplier accounts, therefore this role would suit someone who has previously worked in a high volume or FM environment. 
     
    Days/Times: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
    Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
    Address: Riding Court House, Slough, Berkshire, SL3 9JT

      What you'll be doing... 
    Support on team training
    Process improvement and continuous development
    Supervising the day-to-day workload of the Purchase Ledger Team.
    Assisting the team with processing supplier invoices.
    Assisting with the preparation if payment runs, invoice and journal imports.
    Statement reconciliations.
    Resolving escalated queries.
    Overseeing the audit and payment of employee expenses.

    All you need is..
    .
    At least 3 years’ experience of working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity.
    Leadership experience, with an emphasis on staff development
    Excellent attention to detail.
    Good numeracy skills.
    Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level).
    Ability to communicate with all key stakeholders including senior management.
    A keen focus on detail and clear oversight around reconciling data.
    Ability to work as part of a team.
    Excellent Customer Service.
    Excellent planning and organisational skills.
    Have a can-do attitude and tenacity to complete tasks to conclusion.
