Group Head of IT – Shaping the Future of IT and AI at Atlas FM 

At Atlas FM, technology and data are at the core of how we innovate, grow, and create impact. As Group Head of IT, you will lead our IT function and systems infrastructure to support our ambitious growth plans. 

This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with our Systems, Data Insights, and Technical Services (FM) teams to implement innovative, scalable IT solutions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing cybersecurity, maximising efficiency, and harnessing AI to drive digital transformation. Your expertise in Facilities Management (FM) will be essential in ensuring seamless IT integration across both hard and soft services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with Atlas FM's growth objectives. 

• Lead and manage Systems & Technical Services (FM) while collaborating with Data Insights to drive integration and efficiency. 

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to meet current and future business needs. 

• Enhance cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems. 

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve business productivity and reporting. 

• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resources effectively. 

• Establish and maintain IT governance policies, standards, and compliance with best practices. 

• Provide strategic IT guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders. 

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends. 

• Lead ISO27001 compliance, working closely with our compliance team. 

• Support client engagement and sales pitches, presenting Atlas FM's CAFM (Maximo) capabilities with confidence.

You are a strategic, forward-thinking IT leader with a passion for innovation and business transformation. You excel at developing technology strategies that enhance efficiency and service delivery, and you are comfortable leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally within Facilities Management (FM). 

• Strong understanding of hard and soft services in the FM sector. 

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that drive business success. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and IT projects. 

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, and CAFM systems (Maximo preferred but not required). 

• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
