    Atlas FM is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team!  

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a team of customer experience housekeepers, ensuring exceptional standards and outstanding customer service at all times.     What You’ll Be Doing:  

    As part of the Atlas Family, you will:  

    • Lead and support a team of customer experience housekeepers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.  

    • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules, prioritising daily tasks and responding to reactive cleaning needs.  

    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.  

    • Provide coaching and feedback to your team, ensuring they feel valued and supported.  

    • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.  

    • Act as the main point of contact for cleaning-related queries, building positive relationships with clients and visitors.  

    • Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

    • Have experience in a supervisory role within cleaning, facilities management, or customer service.  

    • Are a strong leader who can motivate and support a team.  

    • Have excellent communication skills and can build relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors.  

    • Have a keen eye for detail and are committed to high cleaning standards.  

    • Are proactive and enjoy problem-solving to improve service delivery.  

    • Understand health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH, risk assessments) or are willing to learn.  

    All you need is:  

    • A right to work in the UK (please bring proof to the interview).  

    • A basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and customer interaction.
