  • About The Role

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solutions Manager to join the Sales Team at Atlas Security, designing security solutions for clients and driving growth within our North of England and Scotland regions. Our key service lines include manned guarding, mobile patrols, emergency response, and remote monitoring services. 

    The Location 

    • Home-based with the ability to work from multiple office locations. 

    What We Are Paying 

    • Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance and a highly competitive commission scheme.

    The Hours 

    • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with flexibility required due to the nature of the role. 

    What You Will Be Doing/Responsible For 

    • Identifying new business opportunities and designing tailored security solutions for clients. 

    • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients who have operational and commercial responsibility for security contracts. 

    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 

    • Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. 

    • Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. 

    • Planning and managing appointments within your regions. 

    • Collaborating with operational colleagues to develop client-focused solutions. 

    • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular progress reports. 

    • Attending site meetings and visits to explore new sales opportunities. 

    • Staying up to date with industry knowledge and standards. 

    • Working with operational teams to ensure the smooth mobilisation of new business contracts. 

    • Ensuring all administrative duties are completed in line with company procedures. 

  • About You

  • What Skills and Attributes We Need From You 

    • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the security or facilities management sector. 

    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. 

    • Demonstrable track record in commercial contract negotiations. 

    • Ideally based within the sales geography of the role. 

    • Ability to build confidence and credibility with clients at all levels. 

    • Organised, structured, and methodical approach to work. 

    • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines. 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive mindset. 

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. 

    • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

    • Full UK driving licence. 

    • Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
