  • Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor 

    Location: Millenium Walk, Cardiff, CF10 1NS

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (07:00 - 16:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) 

    Hourly Rate: £13.04

    What you’ll be doing 

    As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will: 

    • Oversee the daily operations of the Principality Stadium cleaning team, ensuring high standards are maintained. 

    • Supervise and support the cleaning staff, including providing training and ensuring adherence to health and safety practices. 

    • Participate in both reactive and proactive cleaning services across the venue. 

    • Monitor and audit cleaning practices to ensure consistent delivery of high standards. 

    • Communicate effectively with the team regarding venue updates, personal development, and welfare. 

    • Provide administrative support for overtime and annual leave claims, ensuring adequate staff coverage. 

    • Act as a point of contact for the team, addressing any concerns and escalating them to the Operations Support Manager as needed. 


  • About You

  • We are looking for someone who: 

    • Has strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cleaning role and supervisory experience. 

    • Possesses excellent knowledge of health and safety requirements, including risk assessments and safe working standards. 

    • Is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work. 

    What you’ll need: 

    • A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview). 

    • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role. 

    • A basic level of spoken English to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
