Job Title: Contract Manager   

Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 09:00 AM   

Hourly Rate: £13.55   

Location: City of Bristol College COBC, Ashley Down, Ashley Down Rd, Bristol BS7 9BU   

Atlas FM is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Manager to join our team!   

Key Responsibilities:   

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the cleaning contract.   

- Conduct daily audits and maintain high standards of cleanliness.   

- Perform stock checks and order cleaning materials as needed.   

- Provide daily updates to the Area Manager.   

- Lead team briefings to communicate updates effectively.   

- Carry out equipment checks to ensure compliance and safety.   

Essential Requirements:   

- A valid DBS check (required for this site).   

- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
