About The Role

The days and hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday but needs to be flexible (overtime/out of hours and weekends occasionally required)

Atlas FM are looking to recruit new team members!

We are looking to recruit a Window Cleaning Supervisor at our client’s premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do, if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

· To supervise a team of window cleaning operatives.

· Assign work and make sure cleaning is completed to high standard.

· Ensure teams work is completed to schedule and specification.

· Ensure team is working effectively and productively, providing feedback where necessary whilst reporting strengths and weaknesses to the Operations Manager.

· Ensures all accidents, incidents and near misses are recorded correctly. Assist Operations Manager in investigations where required.

· Motivates, guides and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during work.

· Complete necessary toolbox talks where required

· Trains new team members in company standards, customer service and job duties.

· Maintains strong working knowledge of company services and offers technical support and information to them team.

· Works with other supervisors and members of management to set and evaluate projects and overall goals.

· Proactively liaise with Office to ensure all teams have the necessary equipment.

· Attend and contribute effectively to team meetings with the Operations Manager.

· Build positive relationships with clients and deal with issues in a timely manner, following the complaints procedure.

· Work closely with Operations Manager to monitor time on jobs and profitability.

· Ensure team vans are kept clean and tidy, and team members uniforms are to company standard.

· Aid operations Manager with quotations.

· Remain professional around clients and members of the public.

All you need is:

· An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience

· Window cleaning: 2 years (required)

· Cradle operating: 2 years (required)

· Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.

 

The below would be beneficial, however training can be provided for the right applicant.

· H&S Training

· IOSHH

· Working at Height trained

· BMU experience, SAEMA trained.

· IPAF

· PASMA

· Rope Access knowledge

· Managing sub-contractors

· We require all our employees have a basic level of spoken English. This is for communication on safety, and your confidence communicating with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.

· Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.

· A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
